Performed last night in westchester at jackson and wheeler, a restaurant that has performers time to time. (I ordered the prime rib)

James has made MAJOR improvements to his performance. I'd say his time at edinburgh has really paid off. He just seems so much more natural and in his body. It wa exciting to watch the difference.

Next step: consolidation. By adding the mercury tuna story at the top of the show, it takes us 40 minutes to get through the second france story. And the show now runs 75 minutes (with a lot of laughter, probably 70 minutes with a quieter house) I think we'd all feel better if it ran 68-70 with a vocal house (65 min with a quiet house).

So it'll be about really streamlining for the next week. But I have to say I am thrilled.

Adjmi's EVILDOERS

Was in new haven, my favorite town. Yesterday. I Came up with jordan and adam g. I love it there. Land of my youth. Ate for the first time at modern apizza. Yum yum yum. Had clam casino and a veggie bomb.

The show was done very well. Taichman has a great eye and I loved adjmi's language. My seats initially were pretty far back. So it was a little difficult for me to understand the set up. Still, an incredible performance by johanna day and also by stephen barker turner. A good drunk. Left me in a nice agitated anxious state.

I would love to find a way to work in new haven. I really feel comfortable there. Part of that of course is nostalgia for bright college days. I feel instantly transported when there to my late teens and early twenties. It aint realism. Just a feeling.

Widows ends

Today - super bowl sunday
I am off to the closing show at 315. Its been a long hard ride and I will miss the people who worked so hard to make this work.

I understand that sigourney weaver is supposed to end. I hope that won't distract the audience or the actors.

Last night, the deputy secretary of state's wife went to see NO CHILD in dc and they had to have the secret service sweep through! So - hopefully sigourney's security needs aren't so large.
