First stumble through of act II

SPOILER ALERT: The guys did great. Much smoother than I would have suspected. The hardest part seems to me to be sustaining the action before lady's death. There are about four or five pages at the top of the act, after lady's been shot and before kenny puts her down. I think today david b (kenny) came in with the right energy - and really got into the manic, frenzied energy required to get us through.

I am pushing jimmy to be more presidential, to be more grounded the way a politician might deliver a speech. I want his political speeches to be very much about lifting himself up, and building himself up. Right now, they feel somewhat defensive - which weakens his position. Physically, I want him to move less when he speaks - as I feel that will help raise his status.

Doug is getting into some nice terrain - and seems to really get this guy. I feel like they are all really in tune with each other, having worked in rep with each other for years.

I saw michael edwards - the ad - today and he will come by this weekend.

I am hoping to see some of the costumes tomorrow. As I know nothing about hunting, I am hopeful that we are well suited, but not too well suited.
