I am cranky. We've been rehearsing like dogs and we just don't seem to have as much downtime as in 2006. On the other hand, I may just be tired. The work we are getting at is good and deep. So its a good cranky I suppose.

I've been working on a dual track: rehearsing the existent scenes with bill in the room for a while. Then bill goes off to do his rewrites (as well as the last three circles) while I rehearse without him. His addition to the room is crucial - since no one knows his plays inner workings as well as he does at this point. After watching the rehearsals you get the sense he knows where he has overwritten, or under explained

Yesterday we spent some time on the last two circles (the last words of private reeves followed by his inner monologue in hell). And then we teched.

Today we will present the show to some friends who can't go tomorrow. 9am - 12pm. No wonder I am cranky. Its early!
