I sat next to tony which was a lot of fun. It was his second time seeing the show - and I look forward to meeting with him on friday. He and I can relate on the one-person show blessing/curse/pigeon holing.
There was a reception prior to the show for the alameda county educators and a champagne toast afterwards. Nilaja wore her lucky red dress.
Not sure whose idea it was to have a talkback on opening night. Nilaja agreed to do it. I agreed to do it too. And I will do another one on thursday, but I gotta say, the audience of educators really doesn't want to hear from me. And that's ok.
